高中英语单词记忆秘诀

 1. 确定目标

 根据自己的实际情况和近期内的需要,确定需要背诵的单词范围和时限。如果是想高考,就把目标确定在高考单词上;如果是想考四级,就把目标确定在四级单词上。否则,如果好高骛远的话,会因为单词的孤军深入(缺乏阅读、语法、作文等配套训练)而损兵折将,导致记忆大量流失。

 2. 选择适当的单词表

 这个单词表应该是这样的:单词排列清晰,有国际音标,有最常用的汉语注释(一般是一到三个注释,不超过五个)。不要选择花里胡哨的字典、英汉双解、附有大量解释、同义反义、例句等分散注意力的单词表。

 3. 每天背100到200个单词

 采用上述方法中的多种手段,尽快背完(一般控制在一月之内)。力争对每个单词都有印象,但不要因为个别单词影响整个进度。

 4. 坚持复习词汇表

 每天扫一遍,划去已经认识的单词),并辅以大量练习。此时,您可以仔细研究单词的含义以及它们之间的联系,可以看一些英汉双解、例句、同义词、反义词、同类属的词。可以阅读与词汇表相配的材料。

 英语中有26个英文字母,还有数量众多的常用字母组合,赋予这些字母和字母组合某种特定的汉语意义,然后联想串联来记忆单词,这种方法就是字母编码法.

 eg.⑴panic 熟化处理为pan+ic 联想串联为 (盘子<pan>里面突然冒出来很多IC<ic>卡,引起了人们的"恐慌")

 ⑵phenomenon 熟化处理为p+hen+o+men+on联想串联为 (警察(p)说:"一只母鸡<hen>下了一只蛋<o>,很多男人<men>站在上面<on>都不破,这种"现象"使人惊奇).

 2.字母换位法

 字母换位法就是通过变换所及单词中某些字母的顺序,使之成为自己熟悉的单词,从而进行快速记忆.

 eg. ⑴evil 熟化处理为 live 联想串联为 (把正常的生活<live>颠倒过来,就会铸成"邪恶,灾难") w.w.w.k.s.5.u.c.o.m

 ⑵doom 熟化处理为 mood 联想串联为 (当"厄运""到来时心情<mood>也随之颠倒。以上方法都是以旧带新的.)

 如果说前面所讲的具体记忆方法属于战术技巧, 高效复习则是背单词必须把握的的战略方针,即记忆方法灵活不拘一格,那种方式有效就采用那种.将单词的记忆纳入一定的语境形成物象, 并且通过造句加深对词汇的印象,了解词汇的使用. 只要坚持利用以上方法就能使你摆脱"机械记忆"的桎梏,更好地掌握英语词汇。

 (1)要过好语音关

 (利用VOA慢速英语 学习发音)把每一个音标发正确,注意改正有问题的音素,特别是那些容易混淆的音素,尽早地掌握国际音标,并尽量的掌握一些读音规则,尽快地能利用读音规则来拼单词,掌握读音规则对单词的记忆和拼写非常有用。

 (2)掌握一定数量的英语单词

 对于学习者来说掌握英语词汇是一难关,学习单词要从单词的形、音、义这三方面去掌握,要注意单词的一词多义,一词多类的用法,要学会一些构词法的知识,来扩展词汇量。学习单词要在语言材料中去学,要结合词组,通过句子,阅读文章来活记单词,死记的单词是记不牢的。坚持在读、说前,先反复听,听的时候反应单词、句子的意思和节奏,想一下单词的拼法、句子结构。并要同学习语法规则有机结合起来进行。

高考词一般应具备3000到3500左右的词汇量,才能有效应付高考英语中的阅读和完形填空等方面的内容

高考英语通常情况下,需要3500词汇。应该分成三个层次来背诵:

第一层次,历年高考真题中自己不会的单词。

第二层次,考试大纲中自己不会的单词。

第三层次,背诵四级词汇。

如果是学习一般的学生和基础较差的学生应先完成第一层次。较好的同学要完成第一和第二层次。更好的同学要完成第一,第二,第三层次。想得高分的同学词汇量应在4000以上。

背单词的方法

单词就像一棵大树上的树叶,语法、语感再好,总也要树叶来点缀,否则就不能完成光合作用,成为一棵完整、健康的大树。
