1、2016年，福建、四川、广东、湖北、湖南、陕西、重庆、安徽八省市不再自主命题，所有科目由教育部统一命题，全国全部科目使用全国卷的省市区达到24个。2016年山东、海南两省部分采用全国卷，北京、天津、上海、江苏、浙江五省市从目前来看，2016年仍将自主命题。(截至2015年8月19日各考试院公布情况)
