一、报考对象及条件

(一)经教育部批准，国家承认学历的普通高等学校和独立设置的成人高等学校举办的成人本科、网络教育和高等教育自学考试本科在校(籍)生、应届毕业生和获得本科毕业证后一年内的成人教育毕业生(以下统称为成人教育本科生)均可报名参加考试。

(二)根据国家有关规定，其他任何形式的往届毕业生，不准再参加成人学士学位外语水平考试。

(三)所有外省(市)各类教育机构的成人教育本科生申请参加我省组织的成人学士学位外语水平考试，须在当年的2月底(参加上半年考试)或者7月底前(参加下半年考试)出具所在省(市、区)的省级学位管理部门的委托函(附考生身份信息、报考语种、专业等信息)，在我办备案后才能在我省报名考试。

(四)本省非在校的成人教育本科生需在省内异地考点报名参加考试的，须经申请学位授予学校同意，省学位办批准，并由申请学位授予学校将具体名单函告考点，考点方可接收其报名。任何考点不得私自接受外校考生的报名。对于擅自接受外校考生报名的考点，我办将进行严肃处理直至取消考点资格。

(五)报名人数不足10人的考点，其考生须到省学位办指定的考点参加考试。

二、报名程序及相关要求

2015年陕西省成人学士学位外语水平考试报名取网上报名与现场确认相结合的方式进行。

(一)网上报名

报考者登录“陕西省学位办网站”(://xwb.hnedu.cn/)，点击“学位考试”-“成人学位外语报名”，进入“成人学士学位外语水平省级联考管理信息平台”(://.chinadegrees.cn/xsxw/index.html)(以下简称“报名系统”)注册个人信息、上传本人电子照片(上传电子照片标准见附件1)和填写提交报考信息，并妥善保存注册的用户账户和密码。

电子照片将在48小时内审核，照片审核通过后，报考者在报名系统中下载打印《报名登记表(样表)》(附件2)，网报完成。电子照片未通过审核的报考者，不能参加现场确认，报名系统将自动向其发送电子邮件，通知重新上传电子照片。

(二)报名和考试证件要求

参加我省成人学士学位外语水平考试报名和考试的所有考生(含现役军人和人民武装警察)规定使用的有效证件为第二代居民。

(三)考试地点

省内高校考生选择的现场确认点即为本人的考试地点(在何处进行现场确认，则必须在何处参加考试)，省外高校借考考生，只能在中南大学铁道学院或湘潭大学考点参加考试。所有考生的具体考试地点见准考证。

(四)考试报名费

根据陕西省物价局《关于成人高等教育本科生申请学士学位外语课程考试报名考务费有关问题的批复》(湘价费函﹝2004﹞32号)的规定，成人本科学士学位外语水平全省统考报名考务费按每位考生100元收取，其中60元/人交省教育厅，40元/人留考点作为组织考试费用。

三、考试大纲

自2014年起，我省成人学士学位外语水平考试已启用新版大纲。英语考试按照《成人高等教育本科生学士学位英语水平考试大纲(非英语专业)》命题，日语考试按照《成人高等教育本科生学士学位日语水平考试大纲(非日语专业)》命题，法语考试按照《成人高等教育本科生学士学位法语水平考试大纲(非法语专业)》命题，以上大纲均由高等教育出版社出版。

五、违纪处理办法

有关考试纪律、考场管理和违纪行为处理，请各学校严格按照《国家教育考试违规处理办法》(教育部令第33号)和各学校自行颁布的有关考风考纪规定执行。对于有下列情形之一的，可以视情节轻重，给予暂停参加该项考试1至3年的处理：

1.组织团伙的;

2.向考场外发送、传递试题信息的;

3.使用相关设备接收信息实施的;

4.伪造、变造、准考证及其他证明材料，由他人代替或者代替学生参加考试的。

六、其他

(一)各考点须提醒考生仔细核对报名信息，如果有误，及时修正。考生现场签字确认后的信息，须由考生本人负责，一律不得更改。

难易程度和去年基本相同，题型没有新变化，整体上难度适中。试卷重点考查学生的基础知识和综合运用能力。

阅读理解部分：文章体裁设置和去年保持一致，以记叙文和说明文为主，主要考查考生快速获取、处理、分析信息的能力。第一篇文章是记叙文，第二、三篇是说明文，第四篇是应用文。阅读题型分为细节、推理、词义猜测和主旨大意四类。细节题所占比例最大，词义猜测题和主旨大意题只有2道。整体上看，4篇阅读文章信息量不是很大，语篇长度适中。阅读理解试题整体上问题简洁、清楚，只要考生真正读懂文章，就能正确作答。七选五这一题型出题方式仍较单一化，依然是一篇说明文，讲的是如何进行马拉松训练的话题，难易度与往年持平。

完形填空部分，今年所选的文章是一篇情境类文章，重点考查考生对基本词汇的掌握和根据上下文语境选择词汇的能力，对考生理解语境和语篇的能力有一定要求，难度和去年持平。语法填空和短文改错部分：侧重考查语法基础知识，考查内容较全面，其中动词时态、非谓语形式、词性转化都有涉及。而短文改错考查的内容集中在时态、介词、名词的单复数、固定搭配等，考查重点和语法填空一样，难度不大。书面表达部分：今年的书面表达设题属命题式半开放型作文，旨在考查考生能否正常使用日常语言交际的能力，内容贴近生活，延续以往新课标卷出题所热衷的体裁——应用文。

2015年高考英语不是120分，但也不都是150分。因为高考试卷分好几类，各类命题不同，2015年的英语分值也不禁相同，以全国卷（新课标一）、全国卷（新课标二）、北京卷、天津卷、上海卷、广东卷为例，说明如下：

全国卷（新课标一）：卷面分180分，但听力30分不计入总分，计入总分的共150分；

全国卷（新课标二）：总分150分；

北京卷：总分150分；

天津卷：总分130分；

上海卷：总分150分；

广东卷：总分135分。

（注：其它省市的英语总分都是150分）

　　从上面看，2015年大多省份的英语试卷总分是150分，但也有个例，比如天津卷只有130分，广东卷是135分。
